1. Scope & Currency

Birthday Wishing Tools sells Birthday Accessories & Birthday Gifts and delivers only within Pakistan. All prices and refunds are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). We do not offer international shipping or refunds outside Pakistan.

2. Return Window

You may request a return within 7 days from the date of delivery.

3. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the item must meet all of the following:

  • Be in original condition and packaging (unless the product was delivered damaged).
  • Include a valid proof of purchase (order confirmation, receipt, or order number).

4. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return for hygiene and safety reasons, including but not limited to opened party supplies, balloons after use, and personalised or customised items unless they were damaged on arrival.

5. Return Shipping Costs

Birthday Wishing Tools will bear the return shipping cost for approved returns. We will share specific return shipping instructions and labels (if applicable) after your return request is approved.

6. Refund Process

After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you by email or WhatsApp about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your refund is approved, we will process a full refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Timing may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
